Mortar and Plaster Sprayer YT-82584 is an electric device designed for the mechanical feeding and spray application of cement and gypsum plasters, smoothing compounds, concrete screeds, and other suitable working materials with a maximum grain size of 3 mm. It is used during construction, plastering, and finishing work, enabling the application of materials on walls, ceilings, and substrates. The 3000 W motor, 0.6 MPa working pressure, and maximum material delivery height of 20 m allow for transporting materials to higher floors and conducting work on large surfaces.
The device is equipped with a 40 l tank, which reduces the frequency of material refills during operation. The material is transported to the spray gun via a 7-meter hose, and its spraying occurs with the aid of compressed air supplied from an external source. The hose length allows for working at a distance from the sprayer, while the appropriately selected feeding system enables the mechanical application of materials with varying consistencies, according to their intended use and manufacturer recommendations.
The material feed speed regulator allows for adjusting the amount of transported material to the type of material used and application conditions. Gradual adjustment enables starting work at a lower or intermediate speed and then increasing it to achieve proper spraying. The direction switch offers three modes: Auto, Relief, and Clean, intended respectively for spraying, pressure relief and material retraction, and system cleaning. The pressure reducer with a manometer allows for regulating the pressure of compressed air supplied to the gun, adapting the spraying conditions to the material used. The gun trigger allows for starting and stopping the material feed in automatic mode.
Mobile design with a transport handle, pneumatic wheels, and swivel wheels with locks facilitates moving the device on the construction site and stabilizing it in the working position. The IP55 protection rating ensures protection against dust ingress as specified for this class and against water jets. The sprayer is intended for professional applications, particularly in construction companies and plastering teams performing work on large surfaces and in tall buildings.
Main features:
3000 W motor – drives the material feeding system, adapted for mechanical application of mortars and finishing compounds
0.6 MPa working pressure – enables material feeding under conditions specified for the device
maximum delivery height of 20 m – allows transporting material to higher floors and hard-to-reach areas
40 l tank – reduces the frequency of material refills during work
material feed speed adjustment – allows gradual adaptation of system performance to the properties of the material and spraying requirements
three operating modes – Auto for standard spraying, Relief for pressure relief and material retraction, and Clean for cleaning and flushing the system
pressure reducer with manometer – allows setting and monitoring the pressure of compressed air supplied to the gun
spray gun with air valve and trigger – enables independent control of air supply and starting and stopping the material feed
7 m hose – facilitates working at a distance from the sprayer
pneumatic transport wheels – ease the movement of the device on the construction site; recommended tire pressure is 2.5–2.8 bar
swivel wheels with locks – facilitate maneuvering and stabilizing the sprayer in the work area
IP55 protection rating – protection against dust and water jets
Application:
The sprayer is designed for the mechanical feeding and spray application of construction materials suitable for this type of device, with a maximum grain size of 3 mm. It is used for:
spray application of cement and gypsum plasters
mechanical application of smoothing compounds on walls and ceilings
feeding appropriate concrete screeds
application of other working materials intended by the manufacturer for mechanical application
plastering, renovation, and finishing work in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
performing work on large surfaces and at heights, including on higher floors of buildings
Note: The device requires connection to an external source of compressed air. Only use plasters, smoothing compounds, screeds, and other materials designated by their manufacturers for mechanical feeding or spraying.
