Construction mixer II gears 1600 W. Mortar mixer is an electric tool that allows quick and thorough mixing of mortars, paints, adhesives and other liquid construction masses.
Adjusting the rotation speed and the possibility of replacing the mixer ensures easy adjustment of the operating characteristics to the mixed mass.
Application
The machine allows mixing gypsum mortars (plasters, smoothing compounds), as well as cement mortars, self-leveling screeds, tile adhesives.
low rotation speed on the first gear is adapted to air binders (drying under the influence of contact with air) - this extends the time of open work on the wall, because you can apply mixed but not aerated mortar and process it with a trowel longer than with a regular mixer (smooth out irregularities gradually)
the mixer can mix up to 140 l of mortar in one cycle, thanks to the high torque, powerful engine and large mixer diameter (140 mm). This is a key feature when working with the currently fashionable fast-acting anhydrite screeds or cement fillers, because you can pour e.g. a bathroom floor in one cycle without the risk that the subfloor poured in several layers will separate from the screed
Speed control
The spindle speed should be set using the regulator. The regulator knob has numbers on it, the higher the number visible on the knob, the higher the spindle speed. The speed is regulated smoothly.

The convenient position of the handles is intended to facilitate the operator's work, because it does not require bending in a forced position when mixing the mortar.
