The YG-03100 electric vegetable slicer is designed for professional use in food service establishments, restaurants, and catering companies. The 550 W motor enables rapid processing of large quantities of vegetables, a feature particularly important for professional users.
Vegetables can be fed through a large, oval feed opening (175 x 80 mm) using a convenient lever-style pusher, or through a small, round opening (50 mm diameter) using a manual pusher.
The discharge outlet is positioned 18 cm above the base, allowing a container to be placed underneath to catch the processed vegetables.
The unit's body is constructed from a high-quality aluminum-magnesium alloy with an anodized finish, making it very easy to clean and maintain.
A special disc is also included to protect the rotating mechanism from debris.
