The MagMate 135E YT-81400 inverter welder is a basic, safe, and reliable device for welding with self-shielded flux wire without gas. It meets all CE requirements for welding equipment and has test-approved protection against high voltage shock. It is equipped with an LC filter that protects other devices connected to the same network from voltage spikes generated during welding. All technical parameters are accurate, and the welding process itself is stable and pleasant.

Laying the correct weld has never been easier! Thanks to the synergy function, the user selects the diameter of the wire installed in the feeder and sets just one parameter: the welding current. No gas cylinder is required, and there's no need to know the relationship between voltage setting, wire feed speed, and wire diameter. If you don't know how to weld, the MagMate 135E is an excellent choice. You'll learn to lay correct welds much faster than with other machines at this price point. A welding current of up to 125 A enables the correct welding of steel profiles and components with a wall thickness of up to 4 mm.

The MagMate 135E was developed through a collaboration between YATO and RILAND. Riland, the brand owner, is a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange specializing in welding equipment. As a leader in the Chinese market, it devotes significant resources to research and development. One of the results of this work is a dedicated microprocessor for welding equipment that autonomously manages the entire welding process. A proprietary method of sampling the welding current and managing the current transformation process translates into unprecedented ease of placing a correct weld at this price point.

The RICHIP microprocessor is capable of analyzing welding process parameters at up to 200 million times per second and enables control of the latest generation IGBT transistors at up to 70,000 times per second. This allows, among other things, for the welding process to be performed efficiently. The welding current and voltage are adjusted to the current welding conditions at a speed of up to seventy thousand times per second, and each decision regarding the degree of transistor opening/closing is made based on over 2,800 samples!

RICHIP is an all-in-one solution. There's no need for additional electronics to implement dedicated welding functions, such as ARC FORCE or HOT START. The lack of additional circuits reduces the device's failure rate and ensures that the impact of interference generated during the current transformation process on welding quality is marginal and completely eliminated by the number of samples.

Function Description:

Hot start - when the electrode is placed on the workpiece The welder increases the welding current for a fraction of a second, significantly facilitating arc ignition.

Arc force - regulates the arc dynamics depending on the distance of the electrode from the workpiece. RICHIP monitors welding parameters approximately 200 million times per second and analyzes the measurement results in real time. Then, by controlling transistors at a speed of up to 70,000 times per second, it increases or decreases the welding current. This results in the best possible welding power source quality for a given current setting.

Anti-stick - cuts off the welding current when the electrode shorts, allowing the electrode to be detached from the workpiece.

VRD - this function reduces the open-circuit voltage from approximately 60 V to a level safe for humans. Despite its significant impact on safety, this function is often deactivated by users. This is due to arc ignition problems, especially among those with little experience. Most inverter welders measure the output current using analog sensors, which, in short, slows the response time and consequently makes arc ignition more difficult. The RICHIP uses a different approach. It generates a waveform with a frequency of approximately 200 MHz in the welding current circuit. It monitors waveform distortions in real time, which vary depending on the welding stage. The moment the electrode touches the workpiece is detected in a fraction of a second, disabling the VRD function and simultaneously activating the HOT START function. Arc ignition is eliminated.

TIG lift - arc ignition function in the TIG welding process. The arc is initiated by touching the workpiece with the tip of the tungsten electrode and quickly lifting it.

Overload and overheating protection - RICHIP monitors the temperature of critical components in real time. Based on the temperature, it first controls the fan speed. However, when the temperature reaches too high, the microprocessor smoothly reduces the output current, allowing for electrode burnout or a controlled termination of the weld. In most welders on the market, overheating immediately shuts off the welding current, often requiring mechanical repairs to the welded components. This problem is not present in devices with RICHIP.
