YT-82583 Skim Coat Sprayer is an electric device designed for spray application of skim coats and other coating materials suitable for mechanical application, with a maximum grain size of 3 mm. It is used during finishing and renovation work, particularly for processing large wall and ceiling surfaces. The 2200 W motor, 0.6 MPa operating pressure, and a maximum material delivery height of 15 m allow for work at various heights, including in spaces with high volumes.
The device is equipped with a 30 l tank, which allows for longer operation without the need for frequent material replenishment. The material is transported from the tank to the spray gun via a 7-meter hose, while its spraying is done using compressed air from an external source. This solution allows the operator to move away from the unit with the gun and freely navigate within the work area.
Material feed speed regulator allows for adjusting the amount of transported material to the application conditions and the type of work being performed. The work direction switch offers three modes: Auto, Relief, and Clean, responsible for spraying, pressure release, and system cleaning. The spray gun is equipped with an independent air valve and a discharge valve, which allow for controlling the airflow and starting or stopping the material feed.
Mobile design with a transport handle, wheels, and a swivel wheel with a lock facilitates the movement of the sprayer at the work site and its stable positioning. The IP55 protection rating ensures the housing is protected against dust ingress as defined for this class and against water jets. The sprayer is ideal for plastering and finishing work, in renovation and construction teams, and during mechanical application of materials on larger surfaces.
