The YT-07717 is a comprehensive set of precision tools designed for the controlled tightening of threaded connections to a specific torque. Three wrenches with varying drive sizes and operating ranges allow for the selection of the right tool for the task at hand. The 2 to 220 Nm range covers everything from precision work requiring low torque to tightening connections that demand high torque levels.
Each wrench features a ratchet head made of 42CrMo steel and a shaft made of 45# steel, ensuring adequate mechanical strength and load resistance. Aluminum handles provide a secure grip and a rigid structure during torque setting and application.
Factory calibration ensures a measurement accuracy of ±3% for clockwise (CW) tightening and ±5% for counter-clockwise (CCW) operation. The wrench mechanism signals when the set value is reached with a distinctive click, facilitating controlled tightening without exceeding the required torque.
The set includes a wide range of accessories. Universal joints and three extension bars make it easier to work on connections located in hard-to-reach areas. Standard and impact sockets (1/2"), spark plug sockets (3/8"), and 16 bit sockets (1/4") allow for handling fasteners with various profiles and sizes.
