The YT-82252 thermoplastic pipe welder is a professional tool designed for creating permanent joints between pipes and fittings using the polyfusion welding method. It is compatible with components made of PP-R, PB, PE, and PE-X materials, making it ideal for the installation and repair of water systems and other thermoplastic piping networks.
This 1000 W device features an aluminum heating plate that ensures efficient heat transfer and stable heating conditions. A digital control panel with a display allows for convenient setting and monitoring of operating parameters. The kit includes heating heads with diameters of 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, and 63 mm, enabling the tool to be adapted to the most commonly used installation pipe sizes.
Digital temperature control
An electronic control panel allows for precise adjustment of the heating plate temperature up to 320°C. The display and indicator lights facilitate monitoring the device's operation and preparing it for the welding process. A thermostatic switch manages temperature control, enhancing the safety and operational stability of the heating system.
Six heating heads
The welder comes with a set of aluminum heating heads featuring a Teflon coating, which minimizes the adhesion of the heated material to the working surfaces. A wide range of diameters—20, 25, 32, 40, 50, and 63 mm—allows for the joining of pipes and fittings used in various types of installations.
Stable workstation
The included stand allows the heated welding tool to be placed securely while preparing subsequent joints. The design features a nylon handle that ensures a firm and comfortable grip. This setup makes it easier to maintain the correct posture when fitting the pipe and fitting onto the heated heads.
