Importantly, pots made of 21/0 steel do not contain harmful manganese and nickel. The special design of the capsule bottom distributes heat evenly across the entire bottom surface, increasing heat utilization and cooking efficiency. This directly translates into improved quality and comfort for the cook. This solution also reduces the risk of food burning.
