Ratchet pliers for tightening metal bands on drive joints and flexible hoses. Recommended for use with low-profile drive shaft cover clamps up to 10 mm (3/8”) in diameter. The ratchet winds the band to the required tension. Then, the built-in knife cuts off the remaining, unnecessary fragment of the band.
