This cordless concrete vibrator, featuring a vibrating head and a flexible shaft, is designed for the mechanical compaction of concrete mixes during the construction of structural elements. Vibrations transmitted into the fresh concrete expel trapped air and ensure a uniform, evenly compacted mix structure, thereby minimizing the risk of voids and areas with reduced strength or water tightness.
Brushless motor and high operating speed = powerful vibration and a smooth finish on dense structural concrete
The unit is powered by a brushless motor that reaches a rated speed of 13,500 rpm. This configuration generates the intense head vibrations required to effectively compact fresh concrete. The motor requires no periodic brush replacement, simplifying maintenance and reducing wear on consumables.
Vibrating head with flexible shaft
The vibrator is equipped with a 28 mm diameter vibrating head connected to the drive unit by a 1.2 m flexible shaft. This design allows the operator to maneuver the relatively lightweight drive unit independently of the head submerged in the concrete mix. The flexible connection facilitates work on concrete elements of various shapes and in areas requiring precise placement of compaction points. The vibrator uses an 18 V Li-Ion battery, enabling cordless operation without the need to run a power cable to the work area. The battery is inserted directly into the slot located in the drive head.
