Wideview welding helmet with a True Color auto-darkening filter that allows you to observe the welding arc in real colors. A certified welding filter in the highest optical class 1/1/1/1 with one of the largest field of view dimensions on the market, 100x97 mm, and protection against UV/IR rays at the DIN 16 level. A glass made of durable polycarbonate protects the filter against splinters. Four arc sensors and precise electronics will detect an electric arc from TIG with an intensity of only 5A. The filter is powered by a solar cell and a replaceable CR2450 battery.
The visor has a smooth adjustment of the degree of darkening, sensitivity to the intensity of the light source, as well as the duration of maintaining the dark state after welding. The button on the outer shell turns off the dimming function, so you can use the helmet as a means of personal protection, e.g. against sparks from cutting or grinding metal. A four-point harness, sweatband, size and working angle adjustment system guarantee high comfort and adjustment of the helmet position to individual requirements.
Auto-darkening filters in YATO welding helmets have a Test button that allows you to check the operation of the auto-darkening function before starting welding. A routine of checking the filter for proper operation each time will help protect the operator's eyes and health.
