YATO Cordless Impact Wrench is designed for tightening and loosening threaded connections M6-M20 using 1/2" impact sockets. The 18 V motor provides a rotational speed of up to 3000 RPM, an impact frequency of up to 3800 impacts/min, and a maximum torque of 285 Nm. The working parameters can be adjusted according to the type of connection using three ranges: L/M/H and an automatic mode. The tool is also equipped with a HEX 1/4" adapter for use with 6.3 mm bits and drills.
Adjustment of Working Parameters
The rotational speed can be smoothly adjusted by pressing the switch. Additionally, the MODE button allows you to select one of three working ranges or the automatic mode:
L – lower rotational speed and lower impact frequency
M – medium rotational speed and medium impact frequency
H – higher rotational speed and higher impact frequency
automatic mode – designed for working with threaded connections requiring greater control, preventing damage to the threaded surface
In automatic mode, during tightening, the tool operates at full power, while during loosening, it facilitates the loosening of tightly fastened connections, and after loosening, it can automatically limit the rotational speed. The current working range is indicated by LED lights on the control panel.
Efficient Impact Mechanism
The wrench achieves 0-3000 RPM and 0-3800 impacts/min, allowing the adjustment of working parameters to the type of connection and the task performed. The maximum torque is 285 Nm.
The impact mechanism assists in loosening tightly fastened connections and tightening fasteners. The working range should be selected according to the size of the component, the type of connection, and the required torque. Once the maximum torque is reached, an overload clutch engages, disconnecting the drive from the anvil.
1/2" Anvil and 1/4" Hex Socket
The standard 1/2" (12.7 mm) anvil allows the use of CrMo sockets designed for impact wrenches. An additional HEX 1/4" (6.35 mm) socket enables the use of compatible bits, drills, and other working attachments with a hexagonal grip.

Available Versions:
YT-828051 – wrench with a 4 Ah battery and charger
YT-828052 – version without battery and charger, compatible with selected batteries from the YATO 18 V series: YT-828461 (2 Ah), YT-828462 (3 Ah), YT-828463 (4 Ah), YT-828464 (6 Ah), YT-828465 (9 Ah)
Application
The wrench is intended for tasks related to tightening and loosening threaded connections as well as screws and wood screws, and for the installation of expansion plugs, particularly during assembly, service, repair, and workshop work. The cordless power supply allows for free operation of the tool even in areas where access to the electrical network is limited.
When starting work with threaded connections, it is advisable to first manually make a few turns to properly engage the screw or nut onto the thread. Only after ensuring that the components are correctly engaged should you begin working with the wrench. This minimizes the risk of damaging the thread.
Note: HEX 1/4" is not intended for driving working attachments. For impact work, only use accessories designed for this type of load.
