The YATO cordless brushless drill/driver is a versatile tool designed for assembly, installation, and finishing work. It enables screwing and unscrewing screws and bolts, drilling without impact, as well as drilling with impact in selected mineral materials. The maximum torque of 55 Nm, two-speed gearbox, and brushless motor ensure adequate performance for both precise assembly and drilling holes in wood, brick, and metal.
The compact design weighing 1 kg facilitates work in various positions, and the power supply from the YATO 18 V system allows the use of compatible Li-Ion batteries. The 13 mm keyless chuck, adjustable speed control, and impact function increase the range of applications for the tool.
Brushless motor – full ergonomics and high power
The use of a brushless motor reduces wear parts during operation and ensures efficient use of battery energy. The motor design is adapted for intensive assembly and drilling tasks that require appropriate torque.
The maximum torque of 55 Nm allows for efficient screwing and unscrewing of screws and bolts, even when working with more demanding materials.
3 operating modes
The drill/driver allows you to adjust the mode of operation to the type of task being performed:
screwing and unscrewing – for assembly work using bits, with screws for metal, wood, and wall plugs
drilling without impact – intended for making holes in wood, wood-based materials, metals, and ceramic tiles
drilling with impact – for making holes in mineral materials, brick, silicates, and porous ceramics
Changing the settings allows for the use of one compact tool during subsequent stages of assembly and finishing work.
Two-speed gearbox
The drill/driver is equipped with a mechanical two-speed rotary switch:
1st gear: 0-450 rpm – primarily intended for screwing and unscrewing
2nd gear: 0-1800 rpm – intended for drilling and impact drilling
This solution allows for better matching of the tool's working characteristics to the task at hand. Additionally, the smooth speed control via the switch facilitates control over the start of drilling or screwing.
13 mm chuck
The 13 mm keyless chuck allows for the use of a wide range of drill bits and working tips. The chuck design enables quick accessory changes without the need for an additional wrench, ensuring a strong and centered mount.
Smooth torque and speed adjustment from the lowest speeds
The adjustment ring allows you to set the torque according to the type of assembly being performed and the properties of the material being processed. This facilitates controlled screwing and reduces the risk of overdriving screws or damaging their heads.
LED lighting
The built-in LED lighting improves visibility at the work site. It facilitates precise tool guidance during work in poorly lit areas, such as inside cabinets or in low-light conditions.
YATO 18 V battery power supply
The tool operates using 18 V Li-Ion batteries, providing mobility and freedom to work without a power cord. Depending on the selected version, the drill/driver is available as a complete set with a battery and charger or as a version without power supply.
